Chuck Glover

Chuck has over 14 years experience in community management and maintenance as well as expertise in dealing with Boards of Directors and contractors. Chuck’s extensive experience includes everything from the professional management of community associations to multi-million dollar construction projects.

Chuck Glover is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA™) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS®). Chuck currently serves on the Board of Directors for Community Associations Institute. Chuck also supports Crossroads, a local non-profit organization that helps children and adolescents.

Rick Tomlinson
Maintenance & Construction Division Manager

Rick has over 30 years of experience in the construction, home building and remodeling/renovation business as well as experience as a heavy equipment operator. Rick excels in making sure contracts come in on time and on budget and he specializes in logistics.


LMI began in 1997 as an association management company, Lake Management, Inc., that now manages more than 30 associations and 2000 condominiums.   Over the years, the company added complementary services such as repair, maintenance, and construction in order to meet the needs of the association board and members.   Commercial services were added to accommodate building owners whose properties needed updating and maintenance.  

The demand for services grew along with LMI’s expertise in all areas of construction and maintenance.    Full Construction and Maintenance Services are now available to all residential and commercial property owners throughout Northeast Ohio.

Today, the LMI Group is comprised of LMI Management, Inc., LMI Construction and LMI Maintenance.   The management team led by President Chuck Glover oversees and manages all three companies.   This enables employees to get to know customers in order to provide them with a seamless integration of services.
